Re005 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the re005 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the re005 platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the re005 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.
The re005 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where the use of such services is permitted under local law.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To use re005's full services, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. re005 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. You must notify re005 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
User Responsibilities
- To provide accurate and valid personal information during registration.
- Not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Not to use automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or manipulate the platform.
- Not to post or distribute content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others through the re005 platform.
- To comply with all game rules set for each type of game or bet.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the re005 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). re005 supports approved local payment methods including DuitNow and FPX. Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details entered are accurate.
Re005 reserves the right to require identity verification (account verification) before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to protect users. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take anywhere from one to several business days.
- Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current terms, which may change from time to time.
- All deposits are non-refundable unless re005 recognises exceptional circumstances that warrant an exception.
- Re005 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures caused by third-party systems, banks, or payment providers.
- Any attempt to commit financial fraud, money laundering, or suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
Re005 Liability Limits
Re005 does not guarantee that the platform will operate free from interruptions or technical errors at all times. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, re005 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
Re005's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to re005 in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Re005 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraud, system manipulation, or suspicious activity.
- Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
- Providing false information during registration or verification.
- Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, re005 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending its assessment and investigation requirements.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the re005 platform — including logos, brand names, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of re005 or its respective content providers. You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any element of the re005 platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The re005 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. re005 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
Changes to These Terms
Re005 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the re005 platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the re005 platform will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
